How to Reserve Your Room
- Mention you are attending the American Accounting Association August Meeting.
- A credit card guarantee is required to confirm your reservation.
- Book by June 26, 2026 to lock in the group rate.
Important Details
- A daily resort fee of $30 per night is included in the rate. This includes internet access for up to 2 devices per room.
- The Meeting will take place in the Palace Tower.
- Reservations made through the telephone call center will be charged a $15.00 fee (plus tax). This fee is waived for online reservations.
- Rooms at the conference rate are limited and not guaranteed after our block sells out—even if it’s before the deadline.
Getting There
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is approximately 13 miles from Caesars Palace.
Caesars Palace does not offer airport shuttle service.
However, commercial shuttle buses are available 24/7 outside baggage claim and depart every 15–20 minutes.
For Attendees with Limited Mobility
If you have limited mobility or any temporary mobility challenges (such as an injury), please:
- Notify the hotel at the time of booking and at check-in.
- Request emergency instructions directly from the hotel in case of evacuation.
This ensures hotel staff can assist you promptly if needed.
