REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@aaahq.org.

A refund of the conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by July 16, 2025.

No refunds will be given for cancellations received July 17, 2025 and beyond.

If you need to make an addition to an Annual Meeting or CTLA registration that has already been processed, CLICK HERE to download the change form.

Forms must be received by July 23, 2025. All additions are based on availability.

Registrations paid by check should be made payable to the American Accounting Association.

Full member, Two-Year College, Retired, and Life Member forms:

3. All Visa letters will be sent in pdf form to the email address provided. Please allow 7-10 business days to process.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, an AAA-sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the Registrant to AAA's use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos, and the Association's website for an indefinite period of time.
