Interview Hall

Recruiters take advantage of a guaranteed interview space.

  • Interview Hall runs from Sunday, August 3rd to Tuesday, August 5th
  • Sunday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  • Monday: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm & 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm & 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Cost per session: $150
  • Three-sided privacy-draped tables with three seats

Recruiter Checklist

  • Register for the Annual Meeting – Required
  • Reserve a table or private room
  • Post your job on the AAA Career Center – Required
  • Review candidate resumes and schedule interviews

Note: Candidates are only permitted to enter the Interview Hall if accompanied by a recruiter. Plan to greet your candidate in the assigned waiting area.

AAA Hotel Interview Policy

The American Accounting Association does not allow the use of hotel sleeping rooms (non-executive suite hotel rooms) for candidate interviews at any AAA meeting, Annual Meeting, or any other AAA Career Center event.

Interviewing candidates in a hotel sleeping room is likely to have different effects on candidates with varied cultural backgrounds and personal experiences. Ultimately, recruiters, candidates, and AAA members are responsible for their conduct; all parties must adhere to organizational and institutional policies and, foremost, maintain the highest standards of the academic and accounting profession codes of conduct.

All AAA event attendees agree to abide by the Code of Conduct.

Hotel lobby, lounge, café, restaurant, and open seating areas

Executive, Mini, or Junior Suite (if separate from sleeping areas)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be in writing
  • By July 16, 2025: Refund minus $100 administrative fee
  • After July 16, 2025: No refunds for cancellations or no-shows
