How many journals does the AAA publish?
The AAA publishes 17 journals, all of which are available digitally and 12 of which are available

How can I order a print subscription?

information and pricing. Individual persons can only obtain access to our journals via AAA

How can I order a digital subscription?
Articles are available to AAA members as a member benefit through the American Accounting
Association's Digital Library. Institutions must subscribe to EBSCO Business Source Elite,
Premier, or Complete to access current issues of the AAA journal collection.
How much does a journal subscription cost?
Subscription prices vary by journal. Click here for individual subscription prices. If you are an

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are included in pricing for both individual and agency subscriptions.
What are the accepted payment methods?
The preferred payment method is by check. Please make the check out to American Accounting
Association and include your invoice number on the check. Checks can be mailed to:

How can I renew a journal subscription?
In the fall of each year, the AAA will send out renewal notices to both individuals and agencies
with information on how to renew.
What if I order a journal subscription after the calendar year has begun?
Subscription payments are due within the first quarter of the year (March 30) to receive the full
calendar year of issues. There may be additional charges for subscriptions ordered after this
period due to increased claims and shipping costs related to late ordering.
What if my journal is damaged or does not arrive?
It will take 1-2 weeks for a claim to be processed once submitted. Please remember
it will be an additional 8-12 weeks for claims to arrive after they have been
processed and shipped. Claims will be honored if placed within 6 months and we only allow one
claim per volume and issue. You can email claims@aaahq.org
for assistance.
How can I change my shipping, billing, or contact information?

Can I cancel my subscription?
Renewal notices are mailed, and cancellations will be accepted during the renewal period. All
cancellations must be made in writing. No cancellations will be accepted after the first issue
of a subscription has mailed.
