The Consortium runs from 1:00 pm- 5:15 pm and is followed by a Consortium Reception and Welcome Reception. Students who attend the Consortium are eligible for the conference rate at the Hilton Austin on Wednesday and Thursday nights (January 12-13, 2023).

Students should make their reservations directly with the hotel.  The deadline for hotel reservations is December 21st but we cannot guarantee that any additional rooms will be available in the hotel once our block of rooms is sold out, even if the block is sold out before the deadline, so we advise making your hotel reservations early. If a student is unable to attend the meeting, the hotel reservations must be cancelled in advance to avoid a penalty.
