Exhibit Hall Display Hours
At least one representative must be in your booth during all display hours. Security will be provided overnight.
Exhibits will be open to the meeting participants during the following hours:

NOTE: tables, chairs, and booth furnishings are NOT included with the booth price and must be ordered through Freeman. Pricing will be available closer to the event.
- Interact face to face with accounting researchers, teachers and professionals from across the U.S. and around the world.
- Give product demonstrations.
- Access to your brand included in the AAA mobile app.
- Four complimentary exhibitor booth personnel registrations per 10’x 10’ booth (additional badges available at $375 each).
- Join AAA members at the Monday night reception. You only need your conference badge to gain entrance
- Exhibitors are invited, and encouraged, to attend concurrent sessions and panels as long as there is at least one representative covering your booth.
- *Want a corner booth space? For an additional $205 you can make sure your booth is on a corner. Total cost is $4,500 for a 10x10 corner booth.
In addition, the exhibit space package includes:
- Opportunity to rent the attendee list at an additional cost.
- Coffee available in the exhibit hall during breaks on Monday and Tuesday.
- Sunday night Early Bird Reception in the exhibit hall with free food and beverages served for the convenience of attendees and exhibitors. Note: This reception is also open to Conference on Teaching and Learning attendees not staying for the rest of the August Meeting.
- Prize drawings in the exhibit hall to drive traffic.
- 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side drape booth dividers in show colors (standard booth spaces).
- 11” x 17” booth identification sign with company name and booth number (standard booth spaces).
- 24-hour general security in the exhibits, as well as nightly vacuuming of carpeting and aisles.

Exhibit Booth Space Disclaimer
The American Accounting Association (“AAA”) reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to modify the exhibit hall layout and/or to reassign or relocate exhibit booth space at any time, for any reason deemed necessary by AAA, including but not limited to logistical considerations, safety concerns, or to serve the best interests of the event as a whole. In the event such changes are required, AAA will notify the affected exhibitor(s) as soon as practicable. Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that such modifications may occur with or without advance notice and that AAA shall not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from such changes, including, without limitation, loss of anticipated traffic or business.
