By registering, all AAA event attendees agree to abide by the
Event Code of Professional Conduct

The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), Collected Abstracts, List of Registrants, Thursday evening reception, Friday breakfast, luncheon and reception and Saturday breakfast.

Preregistration is open until May 4, 2016, 4:00 PM EST. Registrations after this time will be accepted on-site at the meeting.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email 
info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after April 18, 2016 will incur a $30 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after May 9, 2016, or for no-shows.
