  5. Schedule your interviews! The process of scheduling interviews with your candidates is entirely up to you. We recommend using your Outlook planner to send out invites, or via email. We are not responsible for knowing your interview hall schedule on-site, and at what times you’re meeting with candidates.• On-site, your candidates will be given instructions to sit in a particular section in the Interview Hall waiting area, so that it is easier for you to identify your candidate when you are ready to proceed to the Interview Hall.• Candidates cannot go inside the Interview Hall unless they are escorted by the recruiter, or University staff member. It is up to the interviewer to find their candidates outside in the Interview Hall waiting area.• Please note the process by which you can invite job seekers to interview with you is designed to preserve job seeker anonymity until they commit to communicating with you.
