Instructions for Accessing the Ballot
- You must log into your Member Portal and enter your AAA Username and Password.
- Once you are logged in and on your My Account Page, click on the “Ballots” button on the top right side of page (or click here to go directly to your available ballots).
- Click on the green "2024 Board of Directors Election" link to open the ballot.
- When you have completed your ballot, click the "Submit" button to cast your vote.
- When voting in AAA elections, your vote only counts once. If you revisit the ballot link, only your most recent vote cast will count toward the final results.
NOTE: If you are already logged into the AAA Member Portal, click on your name at the top of the page and follow Steps 2-5, above.

When you're ready to vote, go to the Member Portal, and log in.
The ballot is open through 11:59 pm EDT on Thursday, February 15, 2024.

IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE YOU VOTE!
If you haven’t already reset your AAA Password for our new system, please follow these steps first, before casting your ballot.
- You must use the links within this document to reset your member password.
- Do not use any previous AAA bookmarked/favorites or AAA login settings. Please delete them and clear your cache
- Follow the instructions on the screen to have your new password reset link emailed to you.
- Next, scroll down and click on “Reset my password/I forgot my password”.
- Please use the email address that you regularly use to communicate with the AAA. Password reset links normally arrive in your email within minutes and will originate from AAAinfo@aaahq.org.
- If you do not see a password reset link in your email within 5 minutes, please make sure to check your junk or spam folder. If you have an alternate email address, you may want to try it just in case.
- If you do not receive your password reset link after 15 minutes, please feel free to reach out to info@aaahq.org and we will be happy to assist you.
Instructions for Accessing the Ballot After You Have Reset Your Password
- You must log into your Member Portal and enter your AAA Username and Password.
- Once you are logged in,
- click on the “Survey” button on the top right side of page. You will see a list of Active Ballots.
- Click on the green "2022 Board of Directors Election" link to open the ballot.
- When you have completed your ballot, click the "Submit" button to cast your vote.
- The Ballot system allows you to vote only once. After you click "Submit," you will not be able to change/recast your vote.
