The Practice of P-Hacking

Social sciences like psychology and economics and natural sciences like medicine and epidemiology find that many published results do not reproduce. Many scholars point to p-hacking, the practice of running variants of statistical tests until the key variable(s) are just statistically significant, as a major cause. Panelists will discuss the extent of this problem in accounting research and discuss possible solutions.

Webinar recordings are a member benefit. Please Log In to view.
