A Council shall assist the Board of Directors in governance of the Association. The functions of the Council shall be in part advisory and in part decision-making, with day-to-day decisions made by the President, the Executive Director, and the Board of Directors. The Council shall normally meet quarterly, either virtually or in person. One such meeting shall be held at the annual meeting. Members of the Council shall begin their term at the conclusion of the annual meeting of the Association. Read more about the Council duties.
