A Council shall assist the Board of Directors in governance of the Association. The functions of the Council shall be in part advisory and in part decision-making, with day-to-day decisions made by the President, the Chief Executive Officer, and the Board of Directors. The Council meets virtually two or three times per year and in-person in November. Members of the Council shall begin their term at the conclusion of the annual meeting of the Association.
