This webinar will benefit recently appointed department heads, as well as faculty members considering taking on this role in the future. Panelists will discuss several topics, including assembling an administrative team, balancing the needs of your department with those of your college, building consensus among faculty, guiding colleagues through the promotion process, and managing fundraising and alumni relations.
