By registering, all AAA event attendees agree to abide by the
Event Code of Professional Conduct

The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program and attendance list, Thursday and Friday receptions, Friday and Saturday continental breakfasts and Friday lunch.

Registration for the tour will close March 23rd. Onsite registration will not be available for the tour.

Preregistration is open until March 23, 2016, 4:00 PM EDT. Registrations after this time will be accepted on-site at the meeting.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email
info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after March 7, 2016 will incur a $35 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after March 28, 2016, or for no-shows.
