The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, Friday Evening Welcome Reception, Saturday and Sunday Breakfast, Saturday and Sunday Lunch, Saturday Evening Reception

Registration Steps:
- Register for the meeting on the AAA website by clicking the button on the toolbar that says Register Here.
- We are finalizing the website where Candidates will upload their information and Recruiters will post their job information. Please check back the beginning of September for additional information.
Preregister - Mail/Fax
Registrations paid by check should be made payable to the American Accounting Association. Mail registration form (attach reg form) and payment to: American Accounting Association, 9009 Town Center Pkwy, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Registrations paid by credit card can be faxed to 941-923-4093 or call 941-921-7747 to pay over the phone.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed. (email Kelli Rickrode at kelli.rickrode@aaahq.org)
Candidate- If unable to attend you must notify the AAA immediately. Cancellations received before November 23, 2022 will incur a $175 cancellation fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations after November 23, 2022, or for no-shows.
Recruiter and Additional Recruiter(s)- Cancellations received before November 23, 2022 will incur a $175 cancellation fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations after November 23, 2022, or for no-shows.
Observer- If unable to attend notify the AAA immediately. NOTE: fees are non-refundable.
Reserved Interview Room Package for Friday, Saturday or Sunday (limited availability)
Book one full day for $1,000, book two full- days for $1,500, or book Friday-Sunday for $2,000!
- Friday (1:00 PM - 6:00 PM) @ $500 - 1/2 day
- Saturday (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM) @ $1,000 - full day
- Sunday (8:00 AM– 6:00 PM) @ $1,000 - full day
- Meeting Room for seating up to 8 people
- Water Station
- Table for Materials
Interview Tables (Recruiters Only & limited availability)
Hours: 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday
$125 per table/per day.
