The AAA Mid-Atlantic Region would like to invite you to the 2016 Mid-Atlantic Region Meeting which will be held at the Waterfront Place Hotel in Morgantown, West Virginia from May 19-21, 2016.
The meeting will begin on Thursday, May 19 with a half-day seminar for doctoral students and junior faculty, as well as three pre-conference workshops for faculty and professionals. The workshops this year will have an audit and forensic accounting flavor, covering topics such as the ACIPA audit data standards and Benford’s Law and forensic analytics. The third workshop will be conducted at the WVU crime scene house complex (transportation provided) and will be experiential learning based, which should prove to be both distinctive and informative. If you register for the midyear meeting, the registration fee will be waived for the workshops.
