Julie Boland, EY

Plenary: A Changing Professional Landscape
As US Chair and Managing Partner and Americas Managing Partner, Julie leads more than 86,000 people in 33 countries, with annual revenue of $25 billion.
In this role, she chairs the US Executive Committee and Americas Operating Executive and represents EY in regulatory relationships. Her leadership portfolio includes membership on EY’s Global Executive and Global Practice Group. Julie serves as Executive Sponsor for EY’s focus on diversity and inclusiveness.
Previously, she served as US-Central Region Vice Chair and served as a Senior Advisory Partner on several of the US-Central Region’s largest accounts.
Julie is a CPA with more than 30 years of experience, and she earned an MBA in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Business and Accounting from the University of Vermont. She began her career in the Audit practice of another Big Four firm and worked for two global investment banks leading up to her CFO roles at publicly and privately held companies.
Throughout her career, Julie has lived and worked in New York, Chicago, London and Cleveland, where she currently resides with her husband and four children.

Plenary: A Changing Professional Landscape
As EY Americas Vice Chair — Talent, Ginnie leads the Americas efforts to create exceptional and transformative experiences for nearly 98,000 people in 31 countries. During her tenure with EY, Ginnie has worked around the world in several key roles, building and leading high-performing EY teams on three continents. After joining EY in 1993 in Cleveland, she moved to Silicon Valley in 2000 to work with leading technology companies and was promoted to partner in 2006. In 2008, Ginnie transferred to Dubai and served as global client service partner for several technology, energy and advanced manufacturing companies, becoming the first Diversity and Inclusiveness Leader for the EY Middle East and North Africa Region. In 2011, she was appointed EY Europe, Middle East, India and Africa Assurance Talent Leader. Ginnie returned to the West Coast in 2014 to serve as the US-West Region Talent Leader, prioritizing the development and well-being of 15,000 people across 18 states while also leading Assurance teams in client service. Throughout her various roles, Ginnie’s commitment to building an EY in which everyone belongs and thrives has remained constant.
Ginnie received a BA in Accounting and Marketing from Ohio University.

For nearly 20 years Dr. Stacey Pearson-Wharton has dedicated herself to helping students maximize their learning, health and wellness, and personal growth. She has served as an Assistant Dean, Assistant Vice President, Counseling Center Director, Staff Psychologist, Academic Advisor, Career Counselor and even a Hall Director.
Dr. Stacey served the Governing Board of the American College Personnel Association as the Director of Equity and Inclusion where she used her expertise and experience to navigate complicated social justice issues. She has significant experience teaching, publishing, and presenting on issues related to college student development. She holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and a Masters in Counselor Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Mrs. Rapp is a key strategist, storyteller and champion for continued and long-lasting transformation. She has fostered companywide success by focusing on measurable and sustainable results and by implementing impactful programs designed to nurture and protect. Her outstanding leadership has ensured diversity objectives integrate into all aspects of the Team Member life cycle, including recruitment, hiring, career development, internal mobility, talent retention and more. She is passionate about meeting the company’s CSR goals and has demonstrated a distinct aptitude for building high-performing teams.
Mrs. Rapp has been with the company for over 25 years, beginning in 1997 as a member of the Food and Beverage team before moving through the ranks in the Marketing department at Isle of Capri Casino Hotel Boonville. From 2018 to 2021, Mrs. Rapp served as the property’s Senior Vice President and General Manager – leading operating initiatives while strengthening financial performance and improving efficiency. Having climbed the ladder, her vision for CSR is rooted in advocating for new paths and programs while making room for those who come next.
Mrs. Rapp received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University.
