On-site registration will be available starting at 5:00pm on August 4, 2017 at the AAA On-Site Registration Desk at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego.
In addition to the Annual Meeting Registration fee and Membership fee, there will be an additional processing charge of $150 for full, two-year college and life registrations. Students will receive a $100 processing fee.
Registered attendees will receive an invitation to download the 2017 Annual Meeting mobile
app prior to the meeting. We look forward to seeing you in San Diego
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Pat Stein at info@aaahq.org. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by July 12. No refunds will be available after July 12.

Changes or Additions to your Annual Meeting Registration
After July 12, any registration changes should be made onsite at the AAA On-Site Registration Desk in the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego. Ticket changes will be accommodated based on availability.
Visa Letter Requests:
- First you must register for the Annual Meeting.
- Once you have registered for the meeting, please email Pat Stein at pat@aaahq.org with the following information: your name, address and university name as you want them to appear on the Visa letter.
- All Visa letters will be sent in pdf form to the email address provided.
- Please allow 3-5 business days to process.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, an AAA-sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos and the association’s website for an indefinite period of time.
