Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Pat Stein at info@aaahq.org. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by July 12. No refunds will be available after July 12.

Changes or Additions to your Annual Meeting Registration
After July 12, any registration changes should be made onsite at the AAA On-Site Registration Desk in the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego. Ticket changes will be accommodated based on availability.
Visa Letter Requests:
- First you must register for the Annual Meeting.
- Once you have registered for the meeting, please email Pat Stein at pat@aaahq.org with the following information: your name, address and university name as you want them to appear on the Visa letter.
- All Visa letters will be sent in pdf form to the email address provided.
- Please allow 3-5 business days to process.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, an AAA-sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos and the association’s website for an indefinite period of time.

American Accounting Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
