Registration closed at 11:59 pm EDT on July 12, 2018
On-site registration will be available starting at 5:00pm on August 3, 2018 at the AAA On-Site Registration Desk at the Gaylord National Resort
In addition to the Annual Meeting Registration fee and Membership dues fee, there will be an additional processing charge of $150 for full, two-year college and life registrations. Students will receive a $100 processing fee.
Registered attendees will receive an invitation to download the 2018 Annual Meeting mobile app prior to the meeting. We look forward to seeing you in National Harbor
If you register after June 12, 2018, we cannot guarantee that your name will be included on the participant list.
• For Full, Two Year College and Life-Emeritus members' registrations received after June 12, 2018, there will be an additional registration fee of $100 and if received after July 12, 2018 there is an additional registration fee of $50.
• For Student registrations received after June 12, 2018, there is an additional registration fee of $50 and after July 12, 2018 there is an additional registration fee of $50.
New this year - the Tuesday or Wednesday lunch tickets are no longer included with your registration. The cost is $25 per luncheon. Tickets will not be sold onsite. You can make these choices when you register.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Pat Stein at info@aaahq.org.A refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by July 12, 2018. No refunds will be available after July 12, 2018.

Changes or Additions to your Annual Meeting Registration
If you would like to make a change or a luncheon or a guest to an Annual Meeting Registration that has already been processed, you may do so by contacting our Membership Staff, Pat Stein and Mary Beth Gripshover at info@aaahq.org, or fax (941-923-4093), or regular mail. After July 12, any registration changes should be made onsite at the AAA On-Site Registration Desk in the Gaylord National Resort, National Harbor, MD. Ticket changes will be accommodated based on availability.
Visa Letter Requests:
- First you must register for the Annual Meeting.
- Once you have registered for the meeting, please complete this form.
- All Visa letters will be sent in pdf form to the email address provided.
- Please allow 7-10 business days to process.
