Interview Hall Tables
The Career Center at the Annual Meeting

The Career Center at the Annual Meeting (CCAM) is the AAA’s most encompassing recruiting event. The 2019 CCAM will bring candidates and recruiting institutions, from across the world together, to make career connections. Held in conjunction with the AAA Career Center, the 2019 CCAM offers services that make job recruitment affordable and efficient for recruiting institutions and candidates alike. Make sure that you stand apart from the crowd and add the 2019 CCAM Icon to either your resume or job posting. This searchable Icon makes you recognizable as an on-site participant, whether you are a recruiter or candidate.

Recruiters secure your space in the Interview Hall featuring a candidate waiting area and privacy draped tables with seating for 3 people. Tables are reserved on a first come first serve basis, so recruiters be sure to reserve your tables right away. Please note if you will have more than 2 recruiters interviewing, we cannot guarantee extra chairs will be available, consider reserving two tables.

Post a job listing on the Online Career Center.

  • Post your ad, which also includes a print ad in The Accounting Review and unlimited resume access. If you are new to the Online Career Center, your first step will be creating an account. Once you have logged in, post your job.

  •  When the job is posted click on the link "2019 Career Center at the Annual Meeting, Register here". Then select Career Center package, "Employer Registration + Icon".

After you have posted your job, you will return to this page and Reserve an Interview Hall Table. Have your AAA password ready, then simply click on the green Register Here Button in the upper right corner. If you are an administrative assistant and do not have your own AAA login, please use the login of the registered AAA member you are representing. Tables are reserved on a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to reserve your table today!

  •  When you are in the process of reserving your tables, please disregard the meal options on the first registration screen, we will not be offering any meals during the Interview Hall hours. Please proceed forward.

  •  When you are on the "Select Price and Function" page, please click on "Interview Hall Reservation" and a list of options will appear below.

  •  The CCAM registrant will receive an email a week prior to the Annual Meeting, with the table assignment. Please note, that we will also have table assignments posted in the candidate waiting area.

Find your candidate and schedule your interviews, before the Annual Meeting! After you have added your icon to your job listing, you can search and contact job seekers in the resume bank.

  •  When you find candidates you are interested in, you can communicate with them, and schedule interview times before the Annual Meeting. Please note, the process by which you can invite job seekers to interview with you, is designed to preserve job seeker anonymity until they commit to communicating with you

Job Seeker Registration

Job Seeker Registration
In order to participate in the Career Center at the Annual Meeting, you must be registered for the Annual Meeting
New to the AAA Career Center? Create an account click here. If you already have an account, please log in.

  •  After you have logged in, update any information, if necessary, then get ready to post your resume.
  1. Please consider your choice of the question regarding contact information. If you choose to check the box that says "Reveal your contact information to all registered recruiters" then all registered CCAM recruiters will be able to see your contact information by accessing your posted resume. However, your resume will still be anonymous to recruiters who have not registered for the CCAM.

  2. If you leave the box unchecked, then your resume is completely anonymous to all recruiters.
  •  Once you have posted your resume, please click on the link "2019 Career Center at the Annual Meeting, Register here". Select Career Center item, "Job Seeker Registration + Icon".
Your resume listing will be posted with the 2019 Annual Meeting CCAM Icon next to it, to indicate to recruiters that you will be attending the Career Center at the Annual Meeting and that you are interested in scheduling interviews.

  • Recruiters registered for the Career Center at the Annual Meeting will have the same "AAA" icon next to their job postings. You are free to search through all the job postings and make inquiries about job openings, but only job postings with the CCAM Icon will be present and actively interviewing at the CCAM.

  •  Choosing the institutions, you would like to interview with and the times during their open schedules in which you would like to meet them is entirely up to you. Be mindful of scheduling, to prevent overlap. If you have posted an anonymous resume, and a recruiter reaches out to you, you have the option of responding back or not.

  •  Candidates will be given instructions to sit in a designated section of the Interview Hall candidate waiting area, based on table numbers of recruiters they are scheduled to meet with.

  •  Candidates are not permitted to enter the Interview Hall unless escorted by the recruiter or University staff member. It is up to the interviewer to find their candidates in the candidate waiting area.
