In addition to the Annual Meeting Registration fee and Membership dues fee, there will be an additional processing charge of $150 for full, two-year college and life registrations. Students will be charged a $100 processing fee.
For Full, Two Year College and Life-Emeritus members’ registrations received after June 11,2019, there will be an additional registration fee of $100 and if received after July 11, 2019 there is an additional registration fee of $50.

  • For Student registrations received after June 11, 2019, there is an additional registration fee of $50 and after July 11, 2019 there is an additional registration fee of $50.
  • Registrations must have been received by June 11 to be included in the Annual Meeting List of Participants.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Pat Stein at A refund of the conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by July 11, 2019. No refunds will be available after July 11, 2019, this includes cancellations of meal tickets purchased, guest registrations and /or pre-conference workshops.
