The Annual Meeting Registration Fee includes:

  • Admission to your choice of over 350 plenaries, panels, and research and teaching sessions which offer a possible 20+ hours of CPE credit
  • Sunday Evening Early Bird Reception
  • Monday Evening Welcome Reception
  • Refreshment Breaks

 

Please note: Tuesday and Wednesday lunch tickets will not be sold onsite. You can choose your luncheon ticket at the time of registration. The cost is $35 per luncheon.

Note: CTLA and pre-conference workshops require separate registration and may be added when you register for the Annual Meeting.

Guest Registration

A $100 guest registration fee is required for guests 12 and older. Accounting faculty and students are NOT eligible to register as guests. Paid guests must be listed on the registration form.

Guest Registration Fee Includes:

  • Name Badge (required for admission to events and activities)
  • Receptions
  • Exhibit Hall

The guest badge does NOT include admission to the Career Center, sessions, CTLA, Tuesday or Wednesday luncheons, or Pre-Conference Workshops and Symposia (CPEs).

Special Food Requirements

Members attending the Annual Meeting who need to request a gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian meals must indicate their preferences on the Annual Meeting registration form. Information regarding entrees at the luncheons will be available at the AAA Registration Desk in the Hilton San Francisco Union Square.
