For several years, the supply of Accounting doctoral students on the academic job market has exceeded the demand for new tenure-track faculty. At the same time, the demand for non-tenure-track faculty has exploded! In this webinar, we will explore the nature of non-tenure-track positions in Accounting and why these positions may be ideal fits, both for doctoral students seeking their first position and experienced faculty seeking positions later in their career.
