Revenue Management Fundamentals

Accounting academicians who understand these levers can extend traditional management accounting curriculum and research models to incorporate a more complete view of profitability analytics.
1. Describe how revenue management fits in the classic ROI model.
2. Understand the key importance of customer segmentation to revenue growth.
