EYARC Case The 360

This webinar provides participants an opportunity to learn more about the EYARC Analytics mindset case study, The 360, to consider usage in a managerial, AIS, or data analytics course. In this two-part case, students analyze the 360° performance evaluation process and its results for a company based on real data. Part 1 of the case promotes discussion about subjective performance measures and forced ranking systems. Part 2 of the case promotes discussion about diversity, equity and inclusion and bias in subjective performance ratings (in particular) and in organizations more broadly. Participants must be from non-profit, higher education and will be required to obtain an EYARC account to access case materials. The EYARC offers the case with solution sets in both Power BI and Tableau; however, other tools may be utilized.

Learning Objective(s): To learn how to implement an analytics case in the classroom.
