The SEC’s Structured Data Program

This webinar will provide an overview of the SEC’s structured data program and cover requirements pursuant to the Financial Data Transparency Act. The webinar will also discuss research showing how structured data in companies’ periodic reports can be used to help identify changes in reported amounts across filings.
