Learning Objectives
Objective:  Participants will delve into the significance of inclusive leadership within the accounting profession.  Attendees will gain insights into inclusive leadership that prioritizes equity, diversity, and collaboration.  Educators and practitioners will have the opportunity to explore strategies to cultivate inclusive leadership skills among accounting students, preparing them to navigate diverse teams, promote equitable practices, and drive organizational transformations.  By emphasizing the role of inclusive leadership, participants will contribute to shaping a future accounting workforce that embraces diversity, fosters innovation, and thrives on collaborative problem-solving.

Objective:  Attendees will analyze and discuss ways to infuse diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles into accounting curricula.  Through collaborative sessions and case studies, participants will develop actionable strategies to integrate diverse perspectives and ethical considerations, ensuring accounting education is reflective of the global, multicultural business landscape.

Objective:  Participants will explore strategies for creating inclusive classrooms that encourage empathy, respect, and active participation among diverse student populations.  Through panel discussions, sessions, and networking opportunities, attendees will learn practical approaches to address unconscious biases, promote open dialogues, and develop culturally sensitive teaching methods.  Educators will leave equipped with the tools to foster a learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered to contribute, ensuring that the accounting education landscape is not only diverse but also genuinely inclusive.
