This webinar will include a discussion the use of generative AI (including ChatGPT) in accounting and accounting analytics and a demonstration of five labs performed by ChatGPT. Learn how to provide prompts, attach data, make sure the data is complete, use chain of thought to perform analysis and output desired visualizations and tables of results. See how ChatGPT can be a worthy assistant in the performance of accounting tasks.

The five labs are:
1. Cost-Volume-Profit Analysis Using Sensitivity Analysis and Heat Maps
2. Scatterplot and Trend Line Evaluating the Relationship between Revenues and Advertising Expenditures
3. Regression Predicting Product Demand (While Building Needed Trend and Dummy Variables)
4. Benford’s Law with Statistical Testing
5. Lower of Cost or Net Realizable Value
