On-site registration will be available at the Renaissance Phoenix beginning Thursday, 2/16, at 6:30 AM on the Ballroom Level. On Friday, 2/17, registration opens at 7:00 AM on the Salon Level.

By registering, all AAA event attendees agree to abide by the
Event Code of Professional Conduct

The registration fee includes all meals listed in the program, meeting name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program and attendees list.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing at AAA (at above address or at
info@aaahq.org) in order to be processed. Cancellation requests received after January 17, 2017, will incur a $50 cancellation charge. No refund will be available for no-shows or for cancellations after February 6, 2017.
