1. Students must be an AIS or SET Section member to register for the AIS New Scholar Consortium and/or the Midyear Meeting.

2. The registration fee is waived for AIS or SET students. Online registration is not possible, but students can register by completing the
PDF registration form and fax to 941-923-4093 or email scanned form to info@aaahq.org.

Note: Seating for the New Scholar Consortium is limited. If you have registered for the Consortium, please notify us
(email: Info@aaahq.org) if you are unable to attend in order to allow another to attend in your place.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email
Info@aaahq.org). Cancellation requests received after December 19, 2016 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after January 9, 2017 or for no-shows.
