Registration Information
By registering, all AAA event attendees agree to abide by the
Event Code of Professional Conduct
Pre-registration is close.
On-site registration for Recruiters and Observers ONLY will be available at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay on Friday, December 6, at 4:00 PM - 6:30 PM, Saturday, December 7 at 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Sunday, December 8 at 7:00 AM, Grand Ballroom Foyer, 3rd Level.
The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, Friday Evening Welcome Reception, Saturday and Sunday Continental Breakfast, Saturday and Sunday Lunch, Saturday Evening Reception.

Registration Steps:
1. Register for the meeting on the AAA website by clicking the button on the toolbar that says Register Here.
2. Upload your materials (Road Paper or Job Posting) by clicking Upload Road Paper Here or Upload Job Posting Here on the toolbar.
Preregister - Mail/Fax
Registrations paid by check should be made payable to the American Accounting Association. Mail registration form and payment to: American Accounting Association, 9009 Town Center Pkwy, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Registrations paid by credit card can be faxed to 941-923-4093 or call 941-921-7747 to pay over the phone.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email marybeth.gripshover@aaahq.org).
Candidates- If unable to attend you must notify the AAA immediately.
Recruiters- Cancellations received after November 4, 2019 will incur a $175 cancellation fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations after November 18, 2019, or for no-shows.
Observer- If unable to attend notify the AAA immediately. NOTE: fees are non-refundable

Interview Tables (Recruiters Only & limited availability)
Each table will have a curtained drape on three sides to give you more privacy for your interviews. Institutions will have the ability to maximize their recruiting time by signing up for an interview table. The tables will be available:
Saturday, December 7, 2019, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at $75
Sunday, December 8, 2019, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm at $75
** Reservations can be made through the Recruiter Registration page.
**An email with your table assignment will be sent out by early December.
