Registration Information

By registering, all AAA event attendees agree to abide by the
Event Code of Professional Conduct

Pre-registration is closed.

On-site registration will be available at the Palmer House Hilton Thursday, October 17, at 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Friday, October 18 at 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturday, October 19 at 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM on the 6th Floor.

The registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program and attendance list, Thursday and Friday receptions, Friday and Saturday continental breakfasts and Friday lunch.

Pre-registrations paid by check should be made payable to the American Accounting Association. Mail
registration form and payment to: American Accounting Association, 9009 Town Center Parkway, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Registrations paid by credit card can be faxed to (941) 923-4093.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email
Info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after September 20, 2019 will incur a $50 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after October 2, 2019, or for no-shows.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, an AAA sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos and the association’s website for an indefinite period of time.
