By registering, all AAA event attendees agree to abide by the

On-site registration will be available at the Columbus Marriott Northwest Thursday, May 9, at 1:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Friday, May 10 at 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM and Saturday, April 13 at 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM in the Lobby.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email
Info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after April 8, 2019 will incur a $50 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after April 29, 2019, or for no-shows.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, an AAA sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos and the association’s website for an indefinite period of time.
