By registering, all AAA event attendees agree to abide by the
Event Code of Professional Conduct

Pre-registration is closed. On-site registration will be available at the Hyatt Regency Savannah Thursday, April 4, 2:00 pm - 7:30 pm and Friday, April 5, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm on the second level in the Ballroom Foyer area.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email
Info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after March 4, 2019 will incur a $50 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after March 25, 2019, or for no-shows.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, a AAA sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos and the association’s website for an indefinite period of time.
