Registration Information Registration includes: name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, attendance list, Thursday and Friday receptions, Friday and Saturday continental breakfasts and lunches, and Saturday Teaching Symposium Events. Registrations received after 12:00 pm eastern on December 30, 2019 Friday and Saturday Lunch tickets will be provided if available.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email Info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after December 9, 2019 will incur a $50 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after December 23, 2019 or for no-shows.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, an AAA sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos and the association’s website for an indefinite period of time.
