Aaron Rodriguez is the Head of Employee Research and Insights at Wayfair. Over the last three years at Wayfair and MassMutual, Aaron has worked on problems throughout the employee lifecycle: from workforce planning through recruiting, engagement, performance, and turnover. His passion at work is using data to improve diversity, equity and inclusion at his workplace, which includes, but is not limited to, identifying bias in performance reviews, understanding drivers of attrition for Women+ and POC, and using hiring forecasts to drive change in hiring practices. Aaron has previously presented at People Analytics & Future of Work, HR Tech Conference, and the Boston People Analytics Meetup on the use of topic modeling to understand employee data. Prior to starting his career, Aaron graduated from Duke University - Fuqua School of Business with his Masters of Quantitative Management and Wake Forest University with his BS in Accounting.
