Important CPE Information

Registration is open.   Click HERE to register.

To be awarded the full credit hours you must scan the QR code in the back of each room when entering and exiting the session and complete the CPE Form that is emailed to you following the Meeting.

  1. Search for AAA Events 2022-2023.
  2. Open the AAA 2023 Government and Nonprofit Section Midyear Meeting app on your smartphone or tablet.
  3. Click on the Agenda Icon.
  4. Select the session you are attending.
  5. Locate the “Check In” Icon within your session and tap on it.
  6. You will be asked to enable your camera, choose “Allow”.
  7. Scan the QR code displayed in the back of the room to check-in and check-out.
    • Note: The “Check In” Icon will NOT appear until the session begins.

At any time, you can return to the dashboard and tap on the "Sessions Scanned" icon to check your scans have been successfully completed.

To be awarded the full credit hours you must check-in via the Meeting app and fill out the CPE Verfication Form above.

Info@aaahq.org.  Cancellation requests received after February 16. 2023 will incur a $50.00 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for no-shows or cancellations after February 24, 2023.

The CPE Fields of Study curriculum is divided into twenty subject matter areas. These fields represent the primary knowledge and skill areas needed by accounting licensees to perform professional services in all fields of employment. Sessions that offer CPE credit have the Field of Study and Credit Hours (CH) in red. Each Credit Hour is based on 50 minutes. The Program Level for each of these sessions is Basic, unless otherwise stated. Delivery Method: Group Live.


American Accounting Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website:
