To receive the Certificate of Completion for CPE credit for this meeting, please follow these important steps:
To be awarded the full credit hours you must complete the polling questions and complete and return the CPE Verification Form that is emailed to you following the Meeting. One CPE Credit Hour must have an attendance of 50 minutes.
