To be awarded CPE credit you must check-in to the sessions via the meeting app while at the meeting. Download the mobile app to your smartphone or tablet before you go to the meeting. Check-in via the meeting app to verify your session attendance by following these steps:
- Open the AAA Forensic Research Accounting Meeting app on your smartphone or tablet.
- Click on the Agenda Icon.
- Select the session you are attending.
- Locate the “Check In” Icon within your session and tap on it.
- You will be asked to enable your camera, choose “Allow”.
- Scan the QR code displayed in the back of the room to check-in and check-out.
Note: The “Check In” icon will NOT appear until 30 minutes before the session begins.
At any time, you can return to the dashboard and tap on the "Sessions Scanned" icon to check if your scans have been successfully completed.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing. Send cancellation requests to the AAA at the address above or email them to Info@aaahq.org. Cancellations received after February 4, 2026 will incur a $25.00 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for no-shows or cancellations after March 1, 2026.

The CPE Fields of Study curriculum is divided into twenty subject matter areas. These fields represent the primary knowledge and skill areas needed by accounting licensees to perform professional services in all fields of employment. Sessions that offer CPE credit have the Field of Study and Credit Hours (CH) in red. Each Credit Hour is based on 50 minutes. The Program Level for each of these sessions is Basic, unless otherwise stated. Delivery Method: Group Live.
American Accounting Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org
