By registering, all AAA event attendees agree to abide by the Code of Conduct

Registration Fee (required) includes conference registration, name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, attendance list, coffee breaks, reception on Friday and lunch on Saturday.

Registration Deadline: In Person – June 3, 2026/ Virtual – June 10, 2026

Registration - Mail/Fax
Registrations paid by check should be made payable to the American Accounting Association. Mail your Registration Form and payment to: American Accounting Association, 11161 E. State Rd 70 Suite 110-519, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Registrations paid by credit card can be faxed to 941-866-7520.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, an AAA sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos, and the association’s website for an indefinite period.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Send cancellation requests to the AAA at the address above or email them to info@aaahq.org. Cancellation requests received after May 26, 2026, will incur a $25.00 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for no-shows or cancellations after May 26, 2026.

Americans with Disabilities Act
The American Accounting Association intends to comply fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Any members planning to attend this meeting, who have special needs, as covered by the ADA, are requested to notify the American Accounting Association at info@aaahq.org or (941) 921-7747 to facilitate identification and accommodation of these needs by the Association.
