• May 17 - All Annual Meeting Speaker name and affiliation due to Shauna
• May 22 - Responses due to the Membership Advisory Committee
• May 24 - Round 2: Section elections will close
• May 28 - Round 2: Election results begin to be sent in Section scheduled emails
• Respond to the Section Website Survey once received
• Section Volunteer Chairs and Committee Worksheets sent to President-Elects to populate
• Emails to Ohio Region about final registration, tour, speakers and hotel

JUNE 2019:

• Emails to MW Region about submissions deadline, registration, hotel and volunteers
• June 24 - Annual Meeting Section Logistics information due to Shauna
