CME Group, the world’s leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace, is where the world comes to manage risk. Our exchanges offer the widest range of global benchmark products across all major asset classes, as well as clearing and settlement services for exchange-traded and over-the-counter products.

The CME Group Global Command Center (GCC) is the Market Operations and Customer Service desk for all CME Group electronic trading venues. The GCC handles inquiries, issues and support requests from customers for the CME Globex and CME ClearPort platforms. Built over the same space that once hosted CME Group’s open-outcry trading pits, all CME Group’s market and technology operations are now in one facility, which serves as the nerve center of CME Group. Technologically sophisticated and extremely secure, the Global Command Center supports and protects the systems that work together to ensure market integrity and to provide safe and liquid trading worldwide.

All guests are required to go through security and have a government issued id when they arrive at the building. All guests will need to go through metal detectors.

Products like Tableau provide easy and fast visual analysis for students and faculty as they try to find the real issues and opportunities in their data and communicate its insights. Let's look at ways we can incorporate visual analytics in ANY classroom, to better prepare students for their next steps in life!
