The Registration fee includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, cultural events, welcome cocktail reception, coffee breaks and lunches.

Optional Guest Ticket - Paid attendees are welcome to bring a guest to the following events for an additional fee.

Pre-register - Mail/Fax
Pre-registrations paid by check should be payable to the American Accounting Association. Mail registration form and payments to American Accounting Association, 9009 Town Center Parkway, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Registration paid by credit card can be faxed to (941) 923-4093.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after May 30, 2019 will incur a $25 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after June 12, 2019, or for no-shows.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, a AAA sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos and the association’s website for an indefinite period of time.

Americans with Disabilities Act
The American Accounting Association intends to comply fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
