Event Code of Professional Conduct

Preregistration is open until Wednesday, February 19, 2020, 11:59 PM EDT. Registrations after this time will be accepted on-site at the meeting.

Registration includes: name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), meeting program, attendance list, Friday and Saturday breakfast and lunches and reception on Friday.
Due to advanced guarantees registrations received fter February 27, 2020 will not be able to attend the Offsite Dinner at Carrabba's.

Preregistrations paid by check should be made payable to the American Accounting Association. Mail
registration form and payment to: American Accounting Association, 9009 Town Center Parkway, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Registrations paid by credit card can be faxed to 941-923-4093.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email
Info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after February 3, 2020 will incur a $50.00 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for no-shows or cancellations after February 19, 2020.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, an AAA sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos and the association’s website for an indefinite period of time.
