Charles Arnold is an Advisory Services Principal and serves as KPMG’s US Leader for its enterprise-wide AI transformation program, aIQ. He and his team are leveraging AI in every aspect of the firm's operations, from its services to its internal and external service delivery model. Charles has over 30 years of both operations and management consulting experience and has broad experience in both business and technology transformation. Charles’ experience includes serving as an outsourcing service provider, acting as Chief Technology Officer for a management consultancy, and Chief Operating Officer of a service management consultancy. Within KPMG Charles has served as Management Consulting Industry Lead for Life Sciences, Service Network Lead for Transformation Delivery, and multiple other roles over his decade+ at the firm.

Charles has spent a significant portion of his recent years assisting clients through various major event-led transformations. As his clients have undergone divestitures and combinations, he has led the transition and, in several cases, creation of their service delivery models for IT, Finance, HR, and other functions

Charles received his BA from Harvard University. He has completed dozens of triathlons, marathons, and an Ironman as fundraising endeavors in his efforts to support finding a cure for blood cancers and to improve the lives of patients battling these diseases.

Peter Drohan is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida with over a decade of experience in accounting and finance. During his time at The Siegfried Group, Peter has been provided with the ability to explore various career paths outside of the traditional accounting and finance function. In the Fall of 2022 Peter earned one of eighteen spots within the DX7 class at The Siegfried Group, providing him with a new career opportunity within the firm as an Associate Director. As an Associate Director at The Siegfried Group, Peter thoughtfully leads colleagues, clients and financial executives to prioritize, strategize and achieve their goals by focusing on leadership advisory. Peter is responsible for client development, brand awareness and market growth within the Florida Market of the Southeast region.

Peter began his career in Tampa, Florida with KPMG in their Audit practice and joined The Siegfried Group in January of 2019 as a Professional Resource. During his time at both KPMG and The Siegfried Group, Peter was responsible for leading Public and Private company audits, process improvement and enhancement, financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, M&A and divesture/carveout due diligence and project management, and management of FP&A departments.

Peter is passionate about and strives to prioritize work life synergy. When he is not in the office working, he stays active through his passion for fitness, golf, traveling, sporting events, exploring new restaurants and the water. Peter is dedicated to spending time with his friends and family and believes in the importance of pursuing his passions with the ones he loves.
