2026 Accounting Behavior and Organizations Doctoral Consortium
The ABO Doctoral Consortium provides an exciting opportunity for PhD students interested in conducting behavioral research to meet other behavioral researchers to exchange ideas, share experiences and build connections!
The 2026 ABO Doctoral Consortium will be held in conjunction with the 2026 ABO Research Conference in Baltimore, Maryland at the Lord Baltimore Hotel. The Consortium will take place on Thursday, October 15, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. This is immediately prior to the ABO Conference welcome reception, which begins on Thursday, October 15, at 6:00 pm.
To apply for the consortium, please complete the application form by Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
Space is limited and acceptance decisions will be sent out in late August.
The Consortium is free for student members of the AAA. However, students need to be an American Accounting Association (AAA) member to apply. If you have not yet joined the AAA, you may do so at: http://aaahq.org/Membership. Please do this before applying to the Consortium, as you will need your AAA Member number to apply. Also, please note that students wishing to attend the ABO Research Conference will need to register separately for the conference.
Students who need a Visa invitation letter to travel to the consortium can request a letter at this link.
