Each lunch includes a presentation of FARS awards. To encourage attendance and support our award recipients, the section will subsidize the cost of lunch to keep the price relatively low. We encourage all registrants to join us for the lunches and these awards presentations.

Preregistrations paid by check should be made payable to the American Accounting Association. Mail registration form and payment to: American Accounting Association, 9009 Town Center Parkway, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Registrations paid by credit card can be faxed to 941-923-4093.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, a AAA sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos, and the association’s website for an indefinite period of time.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (emailInfo@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after December 22, 2025, will incur a $100 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after January 12, 2026, or for no-shows.
