Preregister - Mail/Fax

Preregistrations paid by check should be made payable to the American Accounting Association. Mail registration form and payment to: American Accounting Association, 11161 E. State Rd 70, Suite 110-519, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Registrations paid by credit card can be faxed to 941-866-7520.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, a AAA sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos, and the association’s website for an indefinite period of time.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after January 19, 2026 will incur a $50 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after February 16, 2026 or for no-shows.
