Registration Information

By registering, all AAA event attendees agree to abide by the Code of Professional Conduct

REGISTRATION FEE (required) includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), program in PDF format, attendee list, and continental breakfast and lunch both days.

Register - Mail/Fax
Registrations paid by check should be made payable to the American Accounting Association. Mail registration form and payment to: American Accounting Association, 11161 E. State Rd 70, Suite 110-519, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Registrations paid by credit card can be faxed to 941-866-7520 or info@aaahq.org.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the AAA in order to be processed (email info@aaahq.org). Cancellations received after December 15, 2025, will incur a $100 cancellation charge. No refunds will be available for cancellations after December 30, 2025, for no-shows.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at, or participation in an AAA sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos and the association’s website for an indefinite period of time.

Americans with Disabilities Act
The American Accounting Association intends to comply fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Meeting attendees who have special needs, as covered by the ADA, are requested to notify Stephanie Glaser at the American Accounting Association, stephanie@aaahq.org or (941) 556-4114 to facilitate identification and accommodation of these needs by the Association.
