ANNUAL MEETING PROGRAM AND REGISTRATION FEE INFORMATION

Annual Meeting Program: In addition to research paper sessions, there will be panels, plenaries, and educational sessions, in many ways very much like our in-person meetings. Up to 37 hours of CPE credit hours available.

Communities and Networking: Check the program for a list of the informal gatherings for Sections and other groups.

The Annual Meeting Registration Fee includes: 

  • Four days of conference sessions from August 2-5.
  • Access to 180 concurrent sessions accessible across global time zones.
  • A variety of sessions and panels featuring members sharing their work, support from colleagues via valuable feedback, and learning/networking virtually with thousands of fellow members from around the world.
  • Exhibit Hall Admission, Program in PDF format, List of Participants, and CPE credit hours for attending sessions.

REGISTRATION FEES:

All members must pay the membership dues for 2021-2022 in addition to the registration fee for the meeting, whether attending CTLA-only or the full Annual Meeting. Take advantage of the Early Bird Discount Rate and save – register BEFORE June 30th at 11:59 pm Eastern!

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to register and attend CTLA-only, your 2021-2022 Membership dues will have to be paid at the time of registration.  Registration for Workshops requires AAA Membership and registration to the 2021 Annual Meeting.

Cancellation Policy

Annual Meeting/Pre-Conference Workshop Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@aaahq.org.  A refund of your Annual Meeting registration, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellation requests received by Monday, July 12, 2021.  No refunds will be given after July 12, 2021 (this includes cancellations for pre-conference workshops).  Membership dues are non-refundable.

CTLA-Only Cancellation Policy:

All CTLA-Only cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@aaahq.org.  A refund of your Annual Meeting registration, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellation requests received by Friday, June 18, 2021.  No refunds will be given after June 18, 2021. Membership dues are non-refundable.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, an AAA-sponsored event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AAA’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in marketing and promotional pieces, written publications, videos, and the Association’s website for an indefinite period of time.
